He had a great truck to show us (our original intent), and when we asked to see the CRV "just because", he reviewed everything let us discuss that. Hadn't really considered it, we were pretty focused on a new truck. We are retired, and finally decided we didn't need a truck anymore, and went with the CRV. My second CR-V from Clinton Honda. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and helpful. Joe was thorough at explaining new features and options and I ended up selected the same model as Everyone at the dealership is friendly and helpful. Joe was thorough at explaining new features and options and I ended up selected the same model as 3 years ago, a CR-V EX-L. We found the color I liked on the parking lot and Joe kicked things in motion to get the car prepped while he worked with my insurance agent to get all necessary paperwork sorted out. Later on he introduced me to Judy who helped my navigate through paperwork to get the deal finalized. By the time I was done with paperwork Joe had the car waiting for me outside with all-season floor mats I purchased, already installed. He spent few more minutes educating me on how to use additional bells and whistles available in 2019 line, helped my connect my phone and I was on my way. . Great Experience! More
