It was the first time we were leasing a car and Joe helped me understand the process tremendously. In addtion I was not made aware about the dispostion fee, which the other dealership told me there was none, considering both leases were under the same Honda Finacne Trust - I do't understand why one dealership tells me there is a charge and the other Honda dealership there is none = very confusing to the ordinary person like me and feel there is no one we can turn too for the right answer. I had an email confirming my lease payments and no more fees. I know next time that it's best to get the quote and all of the small details ironed out before committing. More
