I was surprised by my initial contact with Joe Vizzi on the phone, as he gave me honest and straightforward advice regarding my buying process and was not pushy. He did not even ask me to go down to his de the phone, as he gave me honest and straightforward advice regarding my buying process and was not pushy. He did not even ask me to go down to his dealership until I had made my decision about another dealer I was working with. I decided to make a trip down to Clinton Honda eventually to find out more Costco's auto program. I was apprehensive about walking into a dealership by myself by Joe made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He was sensitive to my needs and was very transparent with the pricing. He also gave me as much time as I needed to converse with my husband who was at work. We got a great trade-in price on our old van, which saved us a lot of hassle and taxes. I wasn't pressured into getting anything I didn't want. He was also great with kids as I had to bring them along when I picked up our new Odyssey. Their finance guy, Ajay, was also a pleasure to work with. Overall, a wonderful experience! Highly recommend! More
