I was very pleased with the Clinton Honda dealership and Joe Vizzi in particular! I had a very bad experience at the Honda dealership in Hackettstown when I spoke to the Internet Sales Person on the phone a Joe Vizzi in particular! I had a very bad experience at the Honda dealership in Hackettstown when I spoke to the Internet Sales Person on the phone and he said they had a red CRV in stock and told me the MSRP Price. I cleaned out our trade-in car and drove there to purchase the CRV. After test driving the car, I said I wanted to purchase the car for the MSRP price I was quoted on the phone, but when the salesman presented the written offer, it had a Dealer Fee of an additional $4000 plus tax and other costs. I vehemently complained and stormed out of the dealership! The salesman caught me in my car in the parking lot and begged me to come back in and make a written offer to see if it would be accepted. I went back in and offered the MSRP price in writing. The salesman left to get the written response and came back quickly with the same $4000 Dealership "bonus profit" and I left the dealership to look for non-Honda alternatives, like a Subaru Crosstrek (my preference), Kia Sportage, Nissan Kicks, and others. Then Joe Izzi called me to follow-up his previous call and reminded me he had warned me that other dealerships might markup their prices. Joe told me again that Clinton Honda doesn't mark up the MSRP! I then remembered I had talked to Joe before I went to Hackettstown, but he didn't have a red CRV in stock or incoming from the factory at the time. Hackettstown had a red CRV in stock and quoted me the MSRP Price thru the Hackettstown Honda "Internet Sales Person", but he didn't tell me about the markup! When Joe Izzi called me to follow-up, I realized Joe Izzi had honestly tried to warn me and Joe had told me the truth aboiut markups. I decided to go talk to Joe at Clinton Honda. I the meantime, I had studied the Honda CRV line and selected the SE, because it had heated seats, the safety features and no sun roof. While Joe and I were discussing a deal on a red CRV SE in the pipeline, I spotted the red Accord Sport in the showroom and loved it's looks. But since this car was for my wife who was babysitting, Joe suggested I take some pictures and a video of it to show it her. She had driven my daughter's (2nd) CRV and her husband and had an Accord (I had forgotten that my wife had said she like the looks of the Accord several years ago.) When I got home and showed her the pictures of the flashy red Accord Sport, she reminded me she liked the looks of my son-in-law's Accord! Furthermore, she said this red Accord Sport reminded her of the first car she bought 50 years ago, a red Monty Carlo 2 door hardtop with a black bucket seat! When we got to the dealership, she loved the Accord Sport too!! Joe "patiently" walked her thru all the features and she listened intently and learned quickly. This is the first new car we had bought my wife since the Chrysler Town and Country in the 90's. Joe made it an easy decision for her to switch from the CRV to this red Accord Sport that she now loves! From my perspective, if it were not for Joe's honesty and integrity, we probably would have bought a Subaru Crosstrek (my favotite), Nissan Kicks, or Kia Sportage and my wife would have been settling for something instead of being "excited" about this beautiful car that brought back fond youthful memories. Thanks to Joe Izzi, we bought a Honda! More

New Car Purchased from here. From initial discussion, it’s very smooth and straightforward. Joe Vizzi Jr. helped us to make this car purchase as less stressful. Pricing - as per the MSRP, considerin it’s very smooth and straightforward. Joe Vizzi Jr. helped us to make this car purchase as less stressful. Pricing - as per the MSRP, considering the current supply chain issues, other dealers are charging fat markup, but here got it for MSRP. I feel this is good deal during this time. All discussions over phone and email, Visited first time to book the car and made advance payment. Paper work are kept ready and clean by Joe when I arrive, it was very quick on that day. Car arrived at dealership before the committed date and finance paperwork processed before couple of days of delivery. Visited second time for delivery, as usual paperwork is ready and Joe explained the necessary documents and brought us into car, took few pics and explained few important feature needs to be known on day one. Everything went well. Very much liked working with them. All the best !! More
