Joe Volturo Was Terrific to Work With I just bought a new GMC Acadia from Joe Volturo at Rizza. He was very helpful and upfront about pricing, etc., and we feel that we got a great deal. He also made the deal process quick and painless - including their purchase of my car that had been on lease from another dealer. Salesman was great but GM was not professional at all Joe, my salesman, was terrific. The GM was not when I was not happy with the interest rate, he became visibly angry and crumbled up the paper and thre Joe, my salesman, was terrific. The GM was not when I was not happy with the interest rate, he became visibly angry and crumbled up the paper and threw it angerly into the garbage. He needs to work on his demeanor. You did try the bait and switch on me. Offer me one rate via text and once I was in tell me I was not eligibile but that was negotiated to the numbers promised before I arrived. Rates below are lowered based upon the rudeness of the GM from the Cadillac side, not by anyone else. Everyone else was excellent. More
