It has always been my goal to give a different experience than your typical finance transaction. I really do ask myself what kind of experience would I want if I was buying a car. I would want low pressure, informative, fun, and above helpful. Yes my job is to sell protection but in my experience warranties usually pay for themselves after one use now that the cost of parts and labor is so high. I consider myself a true professional in the industry and work hard everyday to help not only customers but my teammates as well. That type of mentality comes from the very top and I think most people know that Henry and Mimi actually believe in taking care of the customer always and doing what is right always. I'll never leave HB GMC. Best Dealership EVER!

Rigo made this a smooth process. Everything was completed online. And when he found out we weren't going to be able to come up and pick up the vehicle after after the deal was done be Everything was completed online. And when he found out we weren't going to be able to come up and pick up the vehicle after after the deal was done because of a nursing issues ,Rigo arranged for the vehicle to be delivered. I'm not sure if this is a normal practice of theirs, but I sure did appreciate it. More

I had a tremendous experience with the entire team, including the salesperson. They did exactly what they said they would do, I was literally in and out of the dealership with my new vehicle in 25 min including the salesperson. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. He genuinely cared about answering my questions and ensuring I felt confident with all the technology and capabilities of the Yukon. Would not recommend this dealership! Traded in a 2026, wouldn’t remove unnecessary added mark ups on the contract, and wasted two days of our time to only remove two hundred dollars! We Traded in a 2026, wouldn’t remove unnecessary added mark ups on the contract, and wasted two days of our time to only remove two hundred dollars! We were hustled, family dealership, yeah right. One of the owners/sons watched the entire deal being conducted denied that the dealership was being able to capitalize on the trade-in! In two days was never even brought over a water bottle lol 😂 despite hours negotiating, and the car sold as I told them with less than 96 hours. The original title was in the finance department’s hand within 48 to 96 hours after the transaction the remaining balance of the check a month later has still not been sent out. The finance manager took the check from us incorrectly, filled out the wrong VIN putting the trade in VIN and not the purchase Vehicle VIN and on the check. They continue to delay the process for the payoff of the training, not responding to phone calls, emails randomly, and no returned phone calls. It’s a simple fix! My background is irrelevant, however Marines do not operate this way it’s unsatisfactory! We will not be recommending any of the thousands of Marines that come through every 3 to 4 months that are consistently rotating and looking for what you dealership offers, of which we have heavy influence on! We have a direct impact on their decisions, and will be shopping elsewhere. Specifically where former active duty Marines are currently working at neighboring dealership’s both close and 2-3 hundred miles away! Not being facetious, almost 2 decades of great reviews from the dealership, highly disappointed from the outcome, what else has been fabricated! Buyer’s beware!!! More
