Joe always has a smile on his face but can be serious when he needs to let you know something about the car. He was the only salesman that went above the other salespeople by letting me know about what when he needs to let you know something about the car. He was very professional and also very helpful as well. I would recommend him. Also, the dealership personal was always smiling and friendly. The sales manager there is very accommodating as well, I would recommend this dealership and I like the fact that is family owned. Also, the F&I person was not pushy which is wonderful. She did make sure that you were offered all of the products but did not push those on you. Great work at this dealership!! Very disappointed, salesman made me a 2:30 appointment to sign paperwork.I was sitting in his chair at 2:27 and was kept waiting till 4:08. Just as with our last two purchases, in 2014 and 2016, this was a no-stress purchase. Crestmont also was not falsely inflating MSRP with "market adjustments". That's price gouging in my book. Non-Hyundai dealerships we visited were adding between $1,000 and $2,500 to every car they sold. That $2,500 was on a car with a $26,000 MSRP. Their gouging add-on was more than the high sales tax in this area. And their gouging results in even more sales tax. More
