Ralph Cubbler, my used car salesman is a straight up Guy, he will work with you to be sure you get what you're looking for. Very patient. It took several trips and many tests drives. Inaccurate verbal information, no paperwork in hand to clarify/verify.... Service/ problems (deliberately) NOT ACCURATELY REPORTED to carfax/VIN on the trade ins. I have personal experience to back up that claim. I wont be back to any Orr dealership or service department. This is standard practice for them. More
