Since our regular salesman was Hoffman Estates was wonderful. We have been client of Motor Werks/ Infiniti of Hoffman Estates for more than 20 years. Since our regular salesman was busy, we dealt directly with manager Geno Cabana. Geno helped me purchased the car that we wanted from another dealer. He was very pleasant and it did not take long before we made a deal. Normaly I dread dealing with finance people. But I was extremely pleased with Amin Smith the way he handled the all paperwork. He had kept all papers ready and did push to sale anything. We enjoyed talking to him about his and our personal details. Joel Gappa is our salesman for last thirteen years. He goes out of his way to explain all the details of new car. He is very friendly and pleasant to work with. I can't say enough about this amazing salesman from whom I have bought three cars.
