I originally planned to look at & test drive SUV's other than Infinit as I had been driving my FX35 for almost 14 years. I loved my FX but thought it might be nice to check out something different so I test than Infinit as I had been driving my FX35 for almost 14 years. I loved my FX but thought it might be nice to check out something different so I test drove a Genesis GV70. The sales guys talked nice, but when they wrote up the paperwork for me to purchase, they turned on the pressure big time & I didn't trust them at all. I walked away from that deal. After I left the Genesis dealer, all I could think was, "I'm not looking any further so I'll go see Joel at Infiniti (Hoffman Estates)". Over the years, my husband & I had purchased 3 or 4 cars from Joel & he was exactly how I remembered him: Trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable, safe, kind, patient, no shenanigans & always willing to spend whatever time I needed to feel comfortable with making the purchase. I love my new QX55 but the whole reason I made a bee line for Infiniti of Hoffman was to purchase my new car from Joel! He's the best! More
