We had a great experience at the Infiniti in Hoffman Estates and Joel Gappa. We called ahead to set an appointment to see the 3 2020 QX60s that met our buying criteria. While wandering the showroom floor, Joel struck up a conversation, listened to what was important to me when it came to function, finance, and process - and he helped find a QX60 that had everything I wanted and needed. When it finally came time to talk numbers, Joel worked with Pat to quickly get to a place that I thought was fair, and they made the process as seamless, transparent, and painless as I think new car buying can be. Marcin worked with me in the finance office, which to me is usually the most painful part, but we got through everything quickly and I left feeling good about what we landed on. Overall 10/10 experience. More
