Would have given four stars, but I can't believe how much they pester me for feedback after every single appointment. If I don't respond to your initial request for feedback, it's because I'm not interested in providing feedback. Here's to hoping someone sees this. As for Joel--he was great, but it always seems like the service rep (be it Joel or any other "assigned" rep for my appt) is nowhere to be seen when my vehicle is done and I'm ready to get on my way. Gratefully, a neighboring rep stepped in and helped to get me on my way. Finally-- I think the pictures you send during the service appt are good to give me a view of anything that needs work on an update, but half the time I have no clue what I'm looking at. If there could just be one sentence included telling me what I'm looking at and whether there's an issue, that would be helpful. Instead, I'm like, "Yes, I can see that the suspension has some dirt on it. Thanks for sharing." More
