I was returning home to Maryland from upstate New York when my check engine light came on and my Lexus began performing erratically. When I arrived at MotorWorld Lexus, I was greeted by Joel Newell, who immediately looked at my car, ran a diagnostic check, and got my vehicle into service… on a Saturday morning, no less. Throughout the service stop, Joel kept me well-informed, communicated with the technicians regarding my questions and concerns, and showed genuine concern for my car and for my trip home. He's a true professional and a great representative for both your dealership and for the Lexus brand. By the way, the problem wasn't with my Lexus but with a set of off-brand tires another dealer had placed on the car. Joel and the technicians correctly diagnosed the problem and had me back on the road in a timely fashion—and at a minimal cost. I can't thank you enough, Joel! And thanks also to the ace service techs at MotorWorld Lexus. Yours is the best dealership of any kind I've ever encountered. More
