I am very impressed & amazed at what a great buying experience it was at Pigg. I have purchased 15 vehicles in the last ten years; this was my very first time buying a vehicle from Pigg. Everyone was s experience it was at Pigg. I have purchased 15 vehicles in the last ten years; this was my very first time buying a vehicle from Pigg. Everyone was super friendly, helpful and did exactly what they said they were going to do. I got a pre-approval from a national lender & then found the perfect Jeep Wrangler that I was targeting. The Jeep is exactly what I was looking for. I submitted the approval letter & deal document to them through the lenders site. Even though it was a Sunday I expected them to start hammering me on the phone. I was pleasantly surprised when that didn’t happen. I simply received an acknowledgment email from Pigg and they simply advise me that when I was ready, they’d be there to help me get the deal done. We were able to work out most of the details through a few texts & emails, and finished up with a couple of pleasant phone calls. By early Monday afternoon we had all the numbers worked out, and they turned my pre-approval into a final approval. What I was most impressed with was that the numbers didn’t change when I went to the dealership & my request (from the beginning) of them to run me through dozens of different banks was honored. What a great experience this was overall. I highly recommend Pigg. Thank you to Arsenio for all the work getting this done and making it extremely easy. More
