We have already discussed everything with one of the managers and he was amazing. However there's really no way to explain the situation without it turning into a novel but basically we came down there and we were approved for a new car and it happened to be on a weekend and apparently the bank had called the following week and said that they turned everything down but they were trying multiple Banks and then we were told that we got approved through another bank and that everything was fine and that they were going to just double check just to make sure so that we didn't have to go through the confusion anymore and ended up having to bring the car back just yesterday after having it for almost 2 weeks I do not believe there is anything that can be done about that we have already turned the car in and I just would think it would be more ideal to have your sales lady Katja not sale a vehicle on the weekend unless she is 110% sure that things are going to go in the customer's favor as it is more than likely going to work for someone who has really good credit etc. Verses us who don't have the best of credit (but were told by Katja it would go smoothly) and we have the income. Apparently the 1099 income is a lot of what stopped us from being able to fully go through with the vehicle but I really feel that she needs more experience after everything we went through.
