The service department at Toyota of Rockwall is wonderful! I always make a point to see Kasey when I come in for service. She is very customer service oriented and very knowledgeable! Truthful, helpful and they keep their word. My experience with dealership through the years has been nothing short of great. I bought a new Tacoma TRD sport today. Isai Nieto was our salesman and did a fantastic job. From the trade evaluation to the price negotiation and through the vehicle orientation he was professional, po our salesman and did a fantastic job. Joey in finance helped us find the service contract we needed with out the hard pitch normally found when you hit the finance desk. I’ve bought 4 vehicles from Toyota of Rockwall after the last vehicle I will never purchase another. The service after the sale is horrible. I’ve had several sales people call me asking about trading in m last vehicle I will never purchase another. The service after the sale is horrible. I’ve had several sales people call me asking about trading in my vehicle and I explain the problems w my last purchase the all apologize and say they will take care of the issue and never return the call. The finance manager Joey was supposed to take care of an issue with my extended warranty and never returned my call. Now I’ve left two messages with him for another issue with rebate on my extended warranty and he has not returned my call. I’ve left two voice mails w the general manager to voice my concerns and he has not returned my calls. Little things like this has cost this dealership a loyal customer. Love my new 2021 Tumdra and bought it from a different dealership. All this over minor service after the sale issues. More

When I bought a 2013 Camry they sold it to me like the best for 8K, 2 months after the engine light came on due to rodent damage to the engine harness which they priced $1,500.00 to repair and $2,300.00 t best for 8K, 2 months after the engine light came on due to rodent damage to the engine harness which they priced $1,500.00 to repair and $2,300.00 to replace so they do an inspection that showed over 6K work of repairs needed on the car, including oil pan damage, I tried trading it in and they valued the car at 4K and tried to put me on a 2021 Corolla for over 21K, I have seen better customer service and comprehension from small corner lots than what I experience at Toyota of Rockwall its a shame. by the way a reputable mechanic fixed the damaged to the engine harness for $110.00 More
