Unfortunately qutie a few things went wrong during my buying experience. Karissa was sort of short with me, especially when she thought I was not going to buy the car on her terms. I was then passed off buying experience. Karissa was sort of short with me, especially when she thought I was not going to buy the car on her terms. I was then passed off to Josh Wells who was very pleasent to work with. I would rate him 5 stars. Oscar attempted to tell me that there was no better finance rate avaliable that I could possibly get, he appeared to be missinformed or was flat out lying to my face. I came back later that day with a financing from my own bank which was 2 points lower then what he quoted me. Oscar also gave me someone elses extended warranty contract after completing the sales process in financing, and I have yet to be provided with the correct one, and i have requsted it twice now. I never met Courtney Savage, no idea who she is, so that is why I did not rate her. I would have rated Toyota of Rockwall with 2 stars, but you can thank Josh Wells for the 3 I am giving you. It also apears your dealership has sold my trade in already, but has yet to pay it off as of 1/5. I had to make the next payment on it to avoid taking a credit hit for a late payment. - I am sure I am going to have to wait 30 days or more to be reimbursed. More

This dealership is known from taking your money and leaving you with a real bad selling experience I bought a vehicle from them, after I started questioning myself about service agreements and expres leaving you with a real bad selling experience I bought a vehicle from them, after I started questioning myself about service agreements and express green bundle which they add to all vehicles I noticed they have no clue how that works and keep telling you to read the contracts to read how it works, nowhere in my paperwork or their webpage has instructions or details of their 3000 dollar program they are not honest and definitely unethical when it comes to make a sell the right way More
