Best car buying experience we've had and we trade refularly! From the first phone call to the moment we drove home, everyone was extremely friendly and never tried to sell us anything we didn't need. refularly! From the first phone call to the moment we drove home, everyone was extremely friendly and never tried to sell us anything we didn't need. We purchased a like-new used Lexus and had to drive 7 hours. You would think this experience might be a "one and done" due ro the distance...but the next time we buy, Joey at Kelly Cadlillac will be the first person we call. Oh, and I also have to mention that Geoff Kelly and everyone else at the dealership were also exceptionally accommodating and helpful! More

Most friendly people I have ever work with in any business! EVERY PERSON in the building made a point to greet us, took time to build a relationship with us, laughed with us and REALLY made us feel A business! On a whim, we drove onto the lot with no intention of buying. A beautiful 2016 SRX caught our eye with a listing price that was extremely reasonable. We were met by Joey Fellenbaum who was a delight to d buying. A beautiful 2016 SRX caught our eye with a listing price that was extremely reasonable. We were met by Joey Fellenbaum who was a delight to deal with. We have never experienced a car salesman who did not pressure for a sale. We decided that night to purchase. At closing, finance manager, Glenn Davis, was extremely knowledgeable and efficiently explained each document and answered every question in detail. When paperwork was complete, Joey met us at the car. He had filled the tank then spent a lengthy amount of time going over the operations of the dashboard. The show room was clean and beautiful. The entire process was very pleasant. We can’t say enough about our experience with Kelly Cadillac and would highly recommend them to anyone! More
