Our problem was a front tire losing air as we drove down University. We drove to our local tire-dealer who could not remove the tire due to our wheel lock which had been “over-torked” by someone previously University. We drove to our local tire-dealer who could not remove the tire due to our wheel lock which had been “over-torked” by someone previously. I called Lexus of Sarasota and service dept said to bring the car in, and they would examine on emergency basis. Once at Lexus, we were at “end of road” as tire had 2 puncture holes in it. Reasons for 5 stars are: Lexus “price-matching” program which allowed us to purchase the tires of our choice; the availability of a loaner till the job was complete. Joey was our service tech and helped us through the Thursday-Tuesday event. We saved several hundred dollars by not having to rent a car for that period. More
