During past visits, service personnel have typically been more engaged and informative, so this recent experience felt noticeably different. I dropped off my car early in the morning and was told it would be more engaged and informative, so this recent experience felt noticeably different. I dropped off my car early in the morning and was told it would be ready within an hour. Later, I received a text with a much later completion time in the afternoon, but I did not receive any direct update from the service representative I was working with. As the end of the day approached, I reached out for a status update and was told that work on my vehicle had only just begun. About fifteen minutes later, I received the inspection video. Normally, these visits include several recommendations for repairs or maintenance, but this time I was told no additional work was needed. While I appreciate not being surprised with extra costs, it left me wondering whether the inspection was rushed or less thorough than usual. The sales representative was polite, but overall the interaction felt disengaged, and the communication gaps made the experience less reassuring than what I’ve come to expect. More

Service went well with repair. I know its a busy place so I know they did the best they could.
