Both Bill, and Jason were very friendly, professional, helpful and patient with all my questions and needs. There was another person who evaluated my car, and came me a fair and reasonable trade in value, but unfortunately, as I only saw him briefly, I do not remember his name. This dealership makes car buying easy For some reason My wife and I always look at cars in the coldest of weather and lots of ice. This is our 3rd car we purchased from NPVW. Our salesperson was Greg Holland. (the same one for the other 2 cars as well) Greg always responds in a timely manner. He was also very patient the last time when it was 15 degrees and we were looking at 4 different cars outside. We had an issue about a year ago and Greg even got us a loaner car when the rental dept was out of cars. Thanks to Greg, Jeff, Jason and John for working very hard to get our deal done. They all went above and beyond in helping us. It also says a lot for a dealership that has very little turnover in sales staff. This helps the customer due to the fact that they know what they are talking about and can answer your questions then and there More

After I arrived at the dealership, I worked with Matt T. There should be more guys like Matt. He was professional, courteous and made me feel very comfortable through the entire process. Matt continues to work, hours after the dealership closes. He even emailed me details about a Jetta at 11pm! After finding that perfect car, Jason H. in finance went above and beyond to made it all happen. I find it very hard to believe that you will find this kind of hard work and dedication anywhere else. We had old module and not have to change, but my husband would like to have new car after Joe introduce this new module to him. Joe let my husband to test driver first, and then, let me do again as my husband told him I will be the drive of the car. So We both feel very comfortable with Joe, not like other dealer, who just push you! Joe did it in another way, show the good feature of the new module and let us to love it and then make the decision. And, after we drive the new car back home, we found the cell phone charger cable is missing which is not sure why. But Joe send it by mail immediately after we notice him. We do appreciate for that. Joe is a nice sales. Jason also helped us to finalized the payment and paper work, which is very smoothly. Another guy, we didn't met in store, but he offer the attractive price which bring us into this dealer, who name is John. He response to our email very efficiency. They're all very nice and friendly.
