2012 Tiguan SE I had an awesome experience at North Penn Volkswagen today. Everybody I spoke with was a pleasure to deal with. John, Tim, and Jason were all very hel I had an awesome experience at North Penn Volkswagen today. Everybody I spoke with was a pleasure to deal with. John, Tim, and Jason were all very helpful. I spoke with John over the Internet and when I got in this morning he directed me to Tim Notarianni. There was a small issue with the vehicle that Tim had noticed when he was getting the Tiguan ready for me to test drive, so he made it a point to have the vehicle repaired on immediately before I drove it. He also went above and beyond to buff out a few small scuffs I had noticed while I was dealing with Jason in finance who did everything possible to get me the best rate possible. I'm glad they made my first major car buying experience hassle and stress free I couldn't have asked for a better sales team today. Needless to say I drove my Tiguan home today and I love everything about it. Thanks fellas keep up the good work! Highly recommended!! More

He gave us all the info we needed to make an informed decision, stressing the things that were important in the car we decided to purchase (like where NOT to put things in the trunk - we purchased a hard-top Eos convertible). He was so helpful, even setting up blue tooth for our phones in our new vehicle. John was also very helpful, explaining the different warranties we could purchase. I have probably never purchased a warranty on anything before in my life, but theirs just made so much sense, it seemed foolish NOT to purchase it, and I'm very happy I have that added peace of mind. They were down-to-earth and not pushy like other places I've shopped. Irv was my sales rep and I really enjoyed working with him- a no-nonsense, all-around nice guy. I tend to be a bit picky and indecisive and he couldn't have been more patient with me! Jeff and John were nice to work with too. This was definitely my best car buying experience. I may have paid about $500 more than I expected for my car, but the dealership is the most conveniently located to my home and work, and I just plain liked these guys enough to want to buy from them over anyone else. More
