Service department was great as usual. Called twice to get my bed liner installed and can’t even get a return call after leaving messages/my phone number. The staff is always kind and helpful. They do a great job. This service visit was exceptional. I had set up to wait for an oil change, but because of an unforeseen incident I needed a loaner that I hadn’ job. This service visit was exceptional. I have been a customer for almost 20 years. I bought my first Ford here. I found the sales people did not try to use high pressure to sell their products. I liked that. As I sit in the waiting room with my mask on and read a sign that says No mask No service. Two of your employees walk about with no mask one even came in to make a cup of coffee for themselves.
