And it pretty much summed up the entire experience in buying a previously owned TLX there this week. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They answered questions and followed through on every aspect of the process...from test drive to registration...with the same high level of courtesy and efficiency. It may seem obvious that when making a major purchase, you should be treated with a certain level of respect and professionalism...but too often, that is not the case. But at Bourne's, a lot of thought has obviously gone into the customer's experience...even the Center's open layout with a kitchen to get yourself a cup of coffee while considering your choices...it all contributes to a great experience. At Bourne's you are being well taken care of. And I haven't even started on our fabulous new car...our mechanic couldn't find a single thing wrong with it. Because A+ people will, undoubtedly, deal with A+ products. I highly recommend them. More

Their word and a hand shake is a deal, but they will put in writing . Carlos in finance was amazing the whole way through. Mike in service, can't say enough. Not to forget John my salesman. Not pushy,or calling my phone every hour. Very available. This place is squared away. Doing right by customers all day long. I will write a more expensive review but don't be afraid to shop here.
