Both John and Joe were completely professional. John was attentive and informative throughout the process. I went to Acton Toyota some years ago to have my Toyota car serviced after having a negative experience of another Toyota dealer. I have never been disappointed by their work. So I went there to look at a car serviced after having a negative experience of another Toyota dealer. I have never been disappointed by their work. So I went there to look at a new Tundra. It was 9 months before I was sufficiently comfortable with my financial situation to actully start a serious review of the options and features I wanted in a new truck. The salesman was very patient and never pressured me. He always greated me warmly when I was having my car serviced and recalled the details of which vehicle I owned, and which I was considering purchasing. When it came time to look at the numbers he was fully transparent about the dealer cost, and the price they would ask for the vehicle, configured the way I wanted. I included a trade-in vehicle and the valuation was fair and explained to me. All through the process I was never made to feel rushed or ignored. I plan to return to this dealership and this salesman to make future car purchases. More

I am a new owner of a 2011 CAMRY LE and don't know where to start to talk about my purchase. Because he helped me by this car. I went into the Acton Toyota dealership several months ago. I was directed, by chance, to John Bernard. I would not even give him my full name. I did not want someone hounding me. I asked him for information on a Prius. I have only been interested in a Prius. We have been in and out of wars in the Middle East for 15 years. It is obvious oil is an issue. I'd like to use less of it. Prius seems like the only reasonable choice. John explained it was third generation hybrid model. Excellent! I am an engineer. I would never buy a first-generation model car. John is soft-spoken and easy to deal with. He is not pushy. He laid out how the car works, what its features are and how much it cost. He did not overload me with propaganda. (thank you) I gave him my full name upon leaving. A couple months later, I came in for a test drive. Again, John was unassuming and not pushy. The car does the talking. (good job Toyota). He was changed his schedule to adjust to mine. (thanks) My husband finally had time for a test drive. He met up with John Bernard and enjoyed the ride. Surely, we had been discussing the car for a while. We bought a Prius the next day from John. It was rather painless....except for writing a very large check. The experience was positive.
