I have a wonderful experience with Acton Toyota and would highly recommend them to anyone. John Bernard, my sales rep, was extremely helpful. He went through various price configurations to come up with one I was comfortable with, got me into the car to test drive, took care of all the paperwork, registration, etc and explained it all, explained everything in the car to me, signed me up for my first service apptmt and generally was just a pleasure to deal with. I have bought 6 cars new from various dealerships and this was the BEST experience I have ever had. They were always straightforward and upfront with me, and didn't try any of the sleazy tactics I have experienced with some dealerships. John also followed up with me to see how I liked the car instead of ignoring me once the sale was made. More

John was very helpful and patient. We took all three models for a test run and came back with the Prius. Both John and Jim were very helpful and responsive. Jim took a lot of time helping me test drive three cars (Priuses). John was helpful every step of the way and was very knowledgeable about Priuses. The sales experience was the best I have ever had with a dealership. Having purchase over 10 cars this was the first time that I did not feel I was in a adversarial position with the sales person (John Ber dealership. John was pleasant, listened to my requirements and make recommendations that actually lowered the cost of the purchase, and set a tone by using the straight invoice cost as the basis for the price. With this approach I was willing to proceed forward and not try to further negotiate on price. (I went to three other local Toyota dealerships looking for the same car with the same options and only once did I even quote that I could reference and feel confident that the price reflected what I requested.) Furthermore, I did not feel pressured to make a decision after my first visit. More

John was INCREDIBLY accomodating...i needed a new car for one of my kids "that day" and he jumped through hoops to make it happen. The next day, believe it or not (long divorce story) i needed *another* car one of my kids "that day" and he jumped through hoops to make it happen.
