I called Chris Nikel Jeep and spoke with John Campell . John asked for pictures of my Jeep inside and outside and the Vin number. With in a couple of hours I was given a quote on how they would trade. When I went to pickup the 2018 Jeep I dealt with salesman Dan Gustafson and business manager Connor Ellard. All three were great to deal with ( And best of all there is no added charges like DOC fees ) More

Great Experience From the initial greeting at the door to the final handshake sealing the deal, my experience at the Chris Nikel Jeep Store was as good as it gets, and From the initial greeting at the door to the final handshake sealing the deal, my experience at the Chris Nikel Jeep Store was as good as it gets, and the best car buying experience I have had to date. Big shout-out to Dan Gustafson as he made me feel comfortable immediately upon arrival. He answered all my questions, and after a couple of test drives, helped me pick the perfect Jeep for me. I felt I got a fair trade-in and a great price on a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Dan, you're the best. Another shout-out to the finance man Connor Ellard. Though mine was a cash deal with no financing, he did offer me a great low cost genuine Mopar extended warranty, not a suspect 3rd-Party warranty with holes in the coverage. All was really painless. Both gentlemen are a boon to their organization, which is why I felt compelled to write this review. Thank you both for helping me on such a personal level. Also thanks goes to John Campbell for directing me to the Jeep Store and keeping in touch with me prior to my store visit. Not once did I feel pressured into doing something I didn't want...just good old-fashioned service with a smile, and a great deal to boot. Who could ask for more? Thanks! More
