The brakes work great! The loaner came in handy I came in to see what was making a noise in my steering or suspension. They diagnosed it as a strut bearing problem that wasn't serious. John knows all of the Lexus vehicles very well, and he knows what services should be done and when they should be done to insure that everything will continue to operate properly without doing things that are not required. What a refreshing change: somebody who wants to help you do what is needed without trying to sell you a bunch of various stuff that is really not needed!
