AMAZING! I went in for service but after FRED FORTSON talked with me, I leased a new car, Thanks you FRED, I love my car. I did not intend to purchase a car bu I went in for service but after FRED FORTSON talked with me, I leased a new car, Thanks you FRED, I love my car. I did not intend to purchase a car but as a walked around in the showroom, FRED, offer his help and he was so informative and easy to talk with, I walked out with the car that i really liked. John knows all of the Lexus vehicles very well, and he knows what services should be done and when they should be done to insure that everything will continue to operate properly without doing things that are not required. What a refreshing change: somebody who wants to help you do what is needed without trying to sell you a bunch of various stuff that is really not needed! It is a privilege to work with a skilled person who is honest and truly has the customer's interests at heart. More
