During this experience, I decided to try a different series in the BMW realm. Tom Terrill was an extremely knowledgeable and helpful advisor. I had some questions about the differences, and whether or not I would even enjoy a two door vehicle. Tom made sure I had questions answered, and was very accommodating . The other aspect of interacting with Tom that was beneficial for me was that I never felt any sales pressure , just a calm discussion about pros and cons. BMW is lucky to have Tom working for them. Mr. Tom Terrill was so amicable throughout the whole process and was very thorough in explaining the various mechanisms of the car. Mr. John Cavanaugh, the manager of the dealership, went out of his way and beyond his call of duty to make sure that I had a good experience. Buying your first car is exciting of course, but it can also be nerve-racking. But at this dealership and with the manager, Mr John Cavanaugh, and Mr. Tom Terrill, I was completely at ease and well taken care of. Car buying can be a nightmare as we all know. These two men were extremely profession, customer focused and service oriented. I quickly became comfortable in the relationship and confident that i would get a fair deal. Following my purchase they are always ready to help whenever i need them. This is most important to me.
