They were very patient with us as they took the time to understand our specific requirements, price-point and timeline in getting the new vehicle. After a few weeks searching, they were able to locate the right car at the right price and I appreciate all the hard work they did for us. Unfortunately, I then met with another person at the dealership that was aggressively selling me a very expensive extended warranty that I really did not want or thought I needed. I was not prepared for this at all as I was expecting to sign the papers and leave. I really don't like to be put in that position and won't let it happen again. I do not remember this any other time when purchasing vehicles from this quality group of dealerships in Flemington. That situation aside, I was pleased with the salespeople at the dealership and am glad they were able to get us the car we wanted. I would gladly recommend them to others looking for a BMW as they did a really good job for us. More

I was moving forward with another car from another BMW dealership before I met Scott, but it didn't have everything I wanted since they didn't have it on the floor. I felt that person was trying to just make another transaction and was a little pushy. Then I was introduced to Scott, and didn't think twice. I told him what I was looking for, and he surpassed my expectations. Craig and John also helped a great deal! Scott even delivered my car right to my office and drove my old car back just so I wasn't inconvenienced. Truly a five star experience! More

I'm a happy camper with my gorgeous X3! This is the second pre-owned BMW that we've purchased from Scott Smith at Flemington BMW. We purchased a beautiful gray X5 for my hubby a few years b This is the second pre-owned BMW that we've purchased from Scott Smith at Flemington BMW. We purchased a beautiful gray X5 for my hubby a few years back, and now I have a gorgeous white X3. Both transactions have been so streamlined and easy! Our daughter just got her driver's license, so we were thinking a third family car would be very helpful. We made our rounds at the Flemington dealers on a Saturday and that following Friday (6 days later!) we drove away with our third car! The amazing thing is that the car we purchased wasn't even in stock at the time. But Scott keeps in touch with his customers and he knew of a particular customer who had been wanting to trade in her car, and it turned out to be perfect timing for us as well. When things work out so easily I call it Divine Timing. Also it helps when you have a team of competent people who are ready to work with you and make things happen. Thanks for a second successful transaction with you, Scott! And thanks to Jan Michael Blakley, John Cavanaugh and Byron Brisby Jr. for your help as well. It takes a village. :) More
