Purchased vehicle from online ad. They are public safety and veteran oriented which is greatly appreciated and well respected. Process was easy enough but felt that several needed repairs should have been and veteran oriented which is greatly appreciated and well respected. Process was easy enough but felt that several needed repairs should have been revealed prior to purchase especially safety related items. One item was mentioned and I was directed to their parts department to make my own repairs - wrong answer.I still would have made the purchase but the proactive honesty would have been appreciated. Sales person was friendly, GM's customer service skills are average and somewhat abrasive. Making a unseen internet purchase is more and more prevalent these days, even with mainstream dealerships - some improvements with this facility could make their future more effective. More

The only reason I chose what I chose as far as a service rating was due to the fact that the price for repairs was outrageous they said that I had some modifications to my truck that completely voided a war rating was due to the fact that the price for repairs was outrageous they said that I had some modifications to my truck that completely voided a warranty that Ford was not willing to backup nor their partnership company 5 star tuning I think it is absolutely ridiculous the only positive thing I can say is they loaned me a rental for a little bit of the time They charged me 1000 dollars for a diagnostic that was inaccurate the first time they diagnosed it. Then had to put it all back together. So to me I paid 1000 for a diagnostic that got me nowhere. More

I found Ganley Ford through an inventory search on Ford.com. They had the truck I wanted and at a good price due to a number of discounts. I called first before leaving the Columbus area. Franco verif Ford.com. They had the truck I wanted and at a good price due to a number of discounts. I called first before leaving the Columbus area. Franco verified availability and started the paperwork. My old truck broke down less than halfway through the 2 hr. trip. I contacted Franco to let him know I may not make it that day and the dealership arranged for someone to pick me up. Once there, the process was quick and easy due to Franco’s preparation. More
