The whole process was painless! My 19 yo daughter needed to replace her old vehicle and had a specific budget in mind. Franko worked hard to find her the vehicle she needed within her budget. The price was quite good but I didn't appreciate the finance lady slipping in an expensive service plan I would never use anyway. At least the sales manager took that charge off the contract. Actually I had dealings only with Austin Temsey and some woman in the finance office and I'm not sure who in Sales Management I spoke with who took that Service Contract off the deal.
