Great service and staff. Staff were all terrific from the moment I entered service reception area. Staff were attentive to my issue and John Ciccotelli was very knowledgeable Staff were all terrific from the moment I entered service reception area. Staff were attentive to my issue and John Ciccotelli was very knowledgeable on the paper work required for my service issue. Price was a little higher than that initially quoted to me from the parts department but my service ticket required an additional part (a blank key) which probably was the reason for the higher total service costs. Sales Advisor John Ciccotelli did verify the ordered duplicate key worked properly before giving it to me. More

all my concerns were addressed I went in for my 2nd service. John C service advisor listened to my other concerns which included a recent loss of the great fuel mileage I was gettin I went in for my 2nd service. John C service advisor listened to my other concerns which included a recent loss of the great fuel mileage I was getting along with a faulty trailer hitch electrical connection. Within a hour the mileage problem was found then corrected. The outside vendor who install the hitch corrected the electrical problem. I am pleased More

Excellent Rallye Motors is great, got my Acura, BMW and Mercedes at Rallye, one thing about Rallye is they got a great service dept. But if you need to get som Rallye Motors is great, got my Acura, BMW and Mercedes at Rallye, one thing about Rallye is they got a great service dept. But if you need to get something fixed like your brake pads, rotors etc., Rallye will overcharge you for the service. Instead of trying to overcharge your customers, you should give them a better deal or they will go someone else to get the repair done. More

Did not attempt to fix problem I specifically came in for regular service and to have my tires checked given the tire pressure light keeps coming on. I was never informed of any additional work that needed to be done. The moment I drove away from service center my tire and pressure light came on then I got a flat. Unacceptable. More
