Best experience buying a car! My husband and I had a Subaru outback (2008) that we LOVED. Unfortunately, my daughter had a car accident and the car was totaled. She was not hurt My husband and I had a Subaru outback (2008) that we LOVED. Unfortunately, my daughter had a car accident and the car was totaled. She was not hurt (thank God) and if the accident was with any other car other than a Subaru the outcome may not have been the same. We needed a new car and came right back to Liberty for a new Subaru Outback. Our salesperson, John Clarke, was very informative and helped us with any questions we had. We test drove the new Outback and that sealed the deal. Love the car and am thankful for the "no hassle" treatment at Liberty!! More

Pleasant, Quick and Easy John, Tom and the rest of the Liberty Subaru staff were some of the nicest people we've dealt with. My husband and I visited a few Subaru dealers, loo John, Tom and the rest of the Liberty Subaru staff were some of the nicest people we've dealt with. My husband and I visited a few Subaru dealers, looking for a used car, and found one online that fit our needs at Liberty Subaru. I called and spoke with John, who was very informative and pleasant from the start. We drove through 2.5 hours of traffic (from Brooklyn) and we were warmly received, with the car ready to be shown. They were so accommodating, and willing to work with us on cost, which is always helpful. After deciding to move forward with the purchase, we met with Tom in finance, who was equally knowledgeable and very friendly. The entire process, from arrival to finished paperwork took us less than the drive to get there. Furthermore, when we went to pick up the car (after detailing etc.) on the following Saturday morning, the whole staff was sweet, congratulated us on the purchase and there was even an employee dog there greeting us! As a huge dog lover, it was just the cherry on the cake to a wonderful experience I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone visit these fine folks for ANY Subaru needs. It was the most pleasant dealership experience I've had so far. More

Liberty was recommended to me and the service was very respectful and extremely accommodating for the circumstances I was in. They walked us through the process and let us test drive and multiple vehicles while explaining every one. Once I figured out what I liked, I bought the car and did all the paper work in the office that day, and drove home with the new vehicle. They went above and beyond to make sure the process was easy, yet I never felt pressured or like I was being cheated. Thanks for a great experience! More

From the very start John focused on us and took a very relaxed approach while doing a great job explaining everything to us. He took his time to understand our situation rather than most other salespeople who just want to make a sale as soon as possible and are very aggressive. John was a very personable guy who made very funny jokes (which I love) and made the whole experience quite pleasurable. In fact the whole dealership had more of a "mom and pop" feel to it. There was no pressure at all and we wound up buying the car that day. Highly recommend working with John. More

John spent a lot of time reviewing the amazing number of features on the new Forester that I bought, and he is organizing the registration, licensing and insurance for me. Thank you John! SUBARU #3 Better than the others This is my 3rd new Subaru and my first dealing with this Liberty Subaru. I had dealings with two other dealerships some good experience some bad. I This is my 3rd new Subaru and my first dealing with this Liberty Subaru. I had dealings with two other dealerships some good experience some bad. I found Liberty to be informative and fully explained the new features since my 2001 Forester. In order to get the car I wanted, I would either have to build one or take those on site or in transit. I chose one in transit but it took a month (28 days) for it to come in. This was my only disappointment. The dealership advised that it was in transit and due in in a couple of weeks, so it took a little longer. It must have been a misunderstanding with what I heard. The rest of the process was easy, the staff polite, only disappointment is that I did not see any female sales representatives and there are none listed below. More
