John Clarke answered all my questions, financing was completed in a timely manner and I was on my way home in my new car. I spoke with a sales associate who was courteous and knowledgeable. I expressed my desire to come in for a test drive, which he helped to coordinate even though he was not in the office that day. Following my visit, I stated my target budget, which they were able to help achieve. I placed a deposit and picked up the car the following week. They had all paperwork ready and the car was waiting for me ready to go even though I had to move up my appointment.
