Men's toilet broken. I don't know why I had to go to the parts department to get the key I purchased since I was getting service on my vehicle. Somewhere in the $475 spent on the key an employee could've wa parts department to get the key I purchased since I was getting service on my vehicle. Somewhere in the $475 spent on the key an employee could've walk the key over to the Service Dept. It took a couple of trys to get the key programmed but eventually we had success. I never received the estimate of other maintenance that was suggested by technician. I was very displeased with my visit to my local BMW. More

I had a scheduled 9:00 appointment that I personally made over the phone in advance to have new rear brakes installed, only to find out after my arrival which I drove 30 minutes to dealership that the brake over the phone in advance to have new rear brakes installed, only to find out after my arrival which I drove 30 minutes to dealership that the brake pads were on back order and I had to get another name brand instead and those wouldn’t be delivered until 2:00 so j had to make 2 separate trips. No compensation for the inconvenience of my time and miles. Very disappointed since this was my first experience here. More
