Unfortunately, this is not my first service issue with Ganley - I have not had any "sales" issues going back to my previous BMW when the store was still on Lorain nor when we purchased a new Subaru. All my issues were regarding poor service - with the Subaru, I complained directly to Subaru and found another dealer. Telling me that there are "no issues" and leaving me to find out for myself that there is an issue requiring attention is simply unacceptable. OK, it may not be so convenient, but I'll use one of the two BMW dealers on the eastside in future. By the way, although "John" is the name on the invoice, it was a lady who told me that there were "no issues" - I don't know her name, but clearly she had not bothered to read the paperwork.

When you called you didn't know what kind of BMW model it was so we told you to just bring it in the next morning and we'd take a look at it. When you came the next morning we discovered the year and model, which we didn't have the brakes for. Brakes have been on back order for many models for months now.
