Patrick in service is always very attentive. He tells you what's up, and what they can do to help. The issue price was more than the car was worth. We ended up buying a used vehicle from Phil. I was unhappy with my last visit. I was annoyed with being scheduled an appointment for a recall only to show up and be notified that the part had to be ordered. Also after calling several times to reac being scheduled an appointment for a recall only to show up and be notified that the part had to be ordered. Also after calling several times to reach out to a service rep about some paperwork from my warranty that's wasn't returned and an update I've never received a call back after leaving a voicemail. After about a month they reached out to advise the part was in and scheduled an appointment. However I have yet to return to have it completed. I had an oil change done back a few minutes ago which prompted me to do the recall. I noticed they never topped off any other fluids in the vehicle as most service centers would automatically do. Just not impressed so far with the level of service so far. Didn't even offer shuttle service. More
