When i went in to the service department John was so nice he took care of me right away and changed my information and contact to the correct one. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and when I arrived I checked in. After I asked John (that’s what his name tag read” if they could check the AC fluid to make sure it would cool my car because i arrived I checked in. He replied rather snarky that I would need to pay $280 to get that checked. I asked if they could just add fluid or coolant and he replied, again with attitude, “sure we may have some laying around” Okay sir… I do not like to post negative reviews, but if I’m paying for a-service, you could at least, be nice. Not sure if I’ll give this place another try. More
