After bringing in our car for a recall, to which the service department was great, we had a few issues. We weren't explained the process would drain our battery and we were left in a parking lot later service department was great, we had a few issues. Even though they came out, it happened again, further away and we were left to call a tow company while also missing a morning of work. Despite all of this, they told us we needed a new battery without acknowledging all of the inconveniences we went through that week. Note that we NEVER had an issue with the battery before taking it in for the recall. I would have thought that they would have tried to make this right at some level. We will not be using them again. They took my old car with price no fair for me.
