Left car and was called when it was done. Windshield not taped (yes…..it should be) and dashboard left with debris all over it. Very sloppy job. Still no answer from “upstairs” on the headlight frames which should be changed. “Common problem” is not an acceptable answer. The car I traded in didn’t have it. Common problems can be fixed. Fourth Cadillac purchase….second from Paul Conte. Disappointed and surprised. More

I always have a good experience with Paul Conte Cadillac, both Service and Sales. Service Rep Ryan is relatively "new" there and very good. I recently (7/15/25) had an appointment with the service department, John Cusumano, specifically. John, true to his word (as usual), had me in and out, with a NYS Inspection, within 45 minutes. John has been consistently supportive during my 2-years of XT5 ownership. This time, I actually saw John provide a very kind moment to an elderly customer who was also there for service. John didn't realize I saw this touching interaction, and it seemed to me, this was an innate part of John's character and dedication to good customer service. I have been pleased with the Paul Conte dealership as a whole. It is personnel like John and the manager, Shai Nadav, that warrants this review! More

My car was in the shop 3 MONTHS WAITING FOR A PART ! This was unacceptable . The loaner car would not let me use my ez pass charging me inflated rates for tolls .
