I was very satisfied with my experience at the Paul Conte Cadillac service center. Unfortunately I neglected to get the women's name who first of all took my inquiry when I called and explained my vehicle's Cadillac service center. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable and made my crisis so much less of a stress. I will go back to visit her and also thank her again in person; I think her name was Christine. More

Paul Conte Cadillac is the best dealership around. I just purchased a XT5 Sport and the purchase was smooth from beginning to end. My sales person Frankie was knowledgeable and professional.
