Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry you had an issue with manufacturer related part delays. I assure you that the delays are beyond our control. To help protect our customers from toll penalties and fees, our loaner vehicle license plates are registered with the toll agency. To avoid being charged twice, we recommend not displaying your own toll pass that is associated with your vehicles license plate. I'm sorry for any inconvenience or higher toll rate this may have caused you. . Due to insurance regulations, loaner vehicles are not permitted to contracted for more than 30 days without renewing. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. I hope that accommodation of delivering your vehicle to you after it was completed minimized the disruption for you.
