She helped set up a test drive and I worked with John to check out the car. There was no pressure to buy and the pricing was fair. Left me with no worries about service Went to several dealerships, one walked away when I mentioned interest in a used 2014 car. Drove just down the road to Flood Ford , said I wanted to trade my 2011 Escape LTD 3.0 for a newer version. John DeRobbio met me and quickly narrowed down my vehicle wants; horsepower, trim, Heated seats, fog lights for deer ( saved my butt too many times too count). We went for a ride in a new arrival Escape Titanium with the larger engine and I pinned him to the seat getting on Rte 4:sorry. No turbo lag and the shifting was smooth. As this car was uninspected, they went thru it with a fine tooth comb. After all the work they did, I have no complaints about not haggling for higher trade in value. Even dropped the gas tank to replace fuel pump- woulda been pissed about that 2 month down the road. Anyway, I would have a beer with John, felt like family. Thanks, Bob More

In the past six years, my wife and I have gone to Flood Ford and John Derobbio for six Escapes. We wouldn't continue to do so if it weren't an excellent experience. Bring back a loyal customer I have purchased and owned several ford vehicles from this dealership, from Windstars to F150 Supercab to an F150 Crew Cab. I had a bad experience w I have purchased and owned several ford vehicles from this dealership, from Windstars to F150 Supercab to an F150 Crew Cab. I had a bad experience with Quick Lane, in which I wrote them to express my displeasure. Long story short - I spent 2K in service which ended up being completed 1 day before a $50 rebate kicked in which required you spend $250 to get the rebate. I paid for the service and picked up my truck on the first day the rebate started, and submitted the rebate which was turned down by quicklane. I wrote back to them asking they reconsider, that I've been a long time loyal customer this this will hurt them when I go looking for a new vehicle. That was 2 years ago and they never bothered to respond. They were willing to let a long time loyal customer walk away for $50. I started looking for new truck a few weeks ago, decided to visit Flood as it wasn't their fault, told the salesman my story with Quick Lane, and he worked fast and hard to correct it. I am happy to say I'm back in a new F150, the listened, gave me a good deal and took care of me - but will never take my vehicle to quick lane. I'd rather lose my warranty than deal with a company that would let me go for $50 measly dollars. BTW flood ford offered me the $50 and I turned it down. it wasn't the money it became the principle with me. how short sighted are you quicklane? More

If I knew it was going to be this easy I would have bought sooner – I went on-line reserved the car, made one visit to the dealer - had the test drive and made the deal. I never had good experiences buying cars in the past, until I inquired about this fusion se I saw on flood Ford's website. Michelle in internet sales gave all the information about the car. Set up a time to come into the dealership to take a look at it. John d my salesperson he answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. John was not pushy, like at most dealerships. This was truly the best car buying experience I have ever had. The people at flood ford east Greenwich are different from rest. They make car buying simple and easy, so much so I just purchased a used f250 4x4 the other day. They have earned my business from now on. Thanks flood ford. More
