He took great time to answer any and all questions and address any concerns that we had. He at no time let us feel as if our concerns were trivial or unwarranted. He was never aggressive or pushy in his efforts to make a sale. There was absolutely no "up sale" pressure. He basically knew what we were looking for and made every effort to assist us in achieving that goal. The delivery of the vehicle was a breeze. The vehicle was prepped and beautifully presented when were arrived for pick up. John took the time and extended himself to go over the car features and personalized settings. We left there feeling confident and satisfied. He assured us that if we had any additional issues, questions or concerns, that he would gladly address them and would avail himself, with a phone call or return visit to the dealership. This was by far our best auto buying experience. Thank you Sarant Cadillac and John Nassour. We are more than satisfied with the entire process. The vehicle is beautiful and we love it! No matter what I need, from sales to service, everyone is very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I leased two vehicles from John Nassour in the last 14 months and I am very happy with the result of the sales. I am so glad John convinced me to go with the CTS4 2.0T. I was very skeptical about getting into a 4 cylinder vehicle but as it turns out, he was on the money and I love the engine. AND.....my wife loves her 2017 XT5! I must admit that I miss Bill Boccio (former senior service guy) tremendously however, knowing and occasionally dealing with Joe Mistretta over the years gives me the comfortability to continue to rely solely on Sarant's Service Department for my service needs! More
