Each time he’s honest, straight shooter that always has my interest at heart. If never upsells me or puts me in a vehicle that I haven’t been most pleased. He understands the needs of my family and couples that (sometimes humors me) with desires that necessarily a good fit. Ultimately he has sent me off in the perfect vehicle each time. When you partner that with the amazing service team at Hassett it’s the reason I continue to come back over and over and make the trek out from Manhattan (and we can compare Mustang vs Thunderbird stories). I see now why they told us to speak with John because he made the whole experience extremely pleasant. My work schedule can be unforgiving and John kept in constant contact and even came in on his day off to work around my schedule. We told him what we were looking for and matched us with vehicles that fit us perfectly. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks John! Once we had decided on our vehicles we met with the Finance Manager Scott Rosenfeld who was also a pleasure to deal with. Scott explained all of our options so well that I didn't even have any questions to ask him. People I have dealt with at other dealerships are quick to try and sell you the most expensive warranty package.
