My work schedule can be unforgiving and John kept in constant contact and even came in on his day off to work around my schedule. We told him what we were looking for and matched us with vehicles that fit us perfectly. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks John! Once we had decided on our vehicles we met with the Finance Manager Scott Rosenfeld who was also a pleasure to deal with. Scott explained all of our options so well that I didn't even have any questions to ask him. People I have dealt with at other dealerships are quick to try and sell you the most expensive warranty package. Scott however was thorough and not pushy at all and I ended up with a warranty package that fit my lifestyle. He made the final step of the process quick and easy. Thanks Scott! More

I returned my leased Fusion early, and worked with John Fanuzzi. He was patient, and answered all of my questions slowly. There was no sales-y pitch. I test drove a few cars and he pointed out the differences between the two clearly, so that I was able to make an informed decision on my new lease. I decided to lease a Ford Escape, and John helped review all the options available to me. I also met and spoke with Sales Manager Frank DiSanti. Both Frank and John are extremely knowledgeable, professional (never once did anyone point out a vanity mirror to me - I'm a female shopping for cars solo). I'd highly recommend Hassett and John as your sales consultant!!! More
