My dad and I had the pleasure of working with Steve and he was amazing! Steve was kind, patient and extremely helpful in answering all our questions and concerns. Outstanding dealership experience! The Toyota brand is not hard to sell but I've had experience at dealerships' of the Lexus brand whom I will not mention that were just miserable. Th The Toyota brand is not hard to sell but I've had experience at dealerships' of the Lexus brand whom I will not mention that were just miserable. The salesperson who served me was Louis Bilous. He was knowledgeable of the models, not at all pushy for a fast sale, and immediately took me for a test drive on a miserably cold night the first week on Jan. Louis had no issue with the fact that I planned to test drive a Subaru and Honda model afterward. The last week of the month I was back to purchase my new Crown Signia. Louis in sales, John Ferranola in finance, and the charming lady Carol whom picked me up from the train station were just wonderful. Great team, Thank you! More
