I did the majority of the leasing process over the phone. I worked with Trish Shea as the salesperson and John Ferranola in Finance. Trish was knowledgeable about the car I chose and promised me that when I I worked with Trish Shea as the salesperson and John Ferranola in Finance. Trish was knowledgeable about the car I chose and promised me that when I got to the dealership the car would be ready and I would just have to complete some paperwork and some software downloads for the car. She was true to her word, and I was happily surprised at how little time the process took. I was in and out in just over an hour and that included my time spent with John Ferranola who was affable yet professional and explained any inquiries I had about what I was signing. They promised me a quick and efficient process and they delivered. Great operation that you may want to consider when looking for a car. More
