John has been with the Gorges family since January of 2010. He started in the parts department as a parts advisor, from there he became the Parts Manager for several years, and today he is our Service Director overseeing both the Service and Parts departments. He has a strong love for technology, rc cars, and all things computers. His natural knack for fixing things quickly gave him the role of the dealership's IT support, also.

Our apologies on not getting your emblem lined up properly. You are welcome to bring it back and we will reapply it to make sure you are satisfied. As for the servicing, Volvo does pay for your first three services (10, 20, 30k) but this does not include wear and tear items such as tires, rotations, and brakes.
